But the nightmare of all the printers is the shim line, which this particular design can't hide and which may affect the final result of the packaging.
Always attentive to market's needs, to solve this problem we have implemented a new equipment rainbow plate in 800x1100 mm which allows to have a big clear zone in our embossed film.
With this new shim, Diavy can supply rainbow effect films with a register mark.
With this solution it is also possible to laminate holographic films on board (or not) in sheets 100x70 cm (that is the standard printing size) without shim line!
